Document sharing uses the Internet Explorer program, but Internet Explorer 6 and 9 do not have the capability to display compressed images clearly (rendering) so, if these versions are installed, text may appear difficult to read and images may be distorted. Increasing the magnification will allow these images to be more clearly displayed to a certain extent. (Only the Chairman can change the display magnification.)
