Document Sharing Function
When sharing documents on a mobile device, Office files are not displayed, or the message “The content of this presentation may not be able to be displayed properly by your browser” is displayed.
If sharing from a PC, when sharing HTML files or converting documents to HTML for sharing, some types of mobile devices cannot share these documents. This is because some devices cannot correctly display the converted HTML files. In that case, try the following.
- Try using a different mobile device.
- In the dialog box used to select the file for sharing, select “Convert MS-Word to image file”.
