FOR PC

In LiveOn PC version, there are two versions of client downloader.

When clients access to LiveOn meeting rooms, the server will detect these web browser types, and transfer the appropriate client downloaders to each access. The installation will be made automatically at only the first time access.

Individual installer for the non-administrative users and administrative installer for the administrators are available.

Please chose one of these downloaders from below by web browser types when you need to complete the installation in advance.

Downloader4 (Internet Explorer 32bit only)

• It is for ASP users connecting with Internet Explorer 32bit only
• IntraPack users after August 31 in 2015 connecting with Firefox or Opera

• Note : Downloader4 can’t run on Internet Explorer 64bit, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome

Downloader5 (Other web browsers)

• It is for ASP users connecting with Internet Explorer 64bit, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Opera
• IntraPack users after August 31 in 2015 connecting with Internet Explorer 64bit, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Opera

To use LiveOn on a Mac, please download and install the application from the link below.

*If you have already installed LiveOn for Mac v1.3.1 or lower, please uninstall it first.

Plug-In for Canon Network Cameras

It's plug-in to use Canon network cameras with LiveOn. Please refer to "Cannon network cameras setting method" for the plug-in install and for setting network cameras on LiveOn.
